Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Request a return/exchange by contacting us at sales@shoputmost.com or through your account.

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).

  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund you.
